Remember, there are people of all ages playing VKitty. Don't say anything your mommy wouldn't want you to say. This includes innapropriate account and cat names, inappropriate content on the forums (we know you know what we're talking about), and innapropriate chat messages. Everything is logged, and you will be punished if you disobey the rules.

No warranty

If anything breaks on VKitty, it's not our fault. Actually, it probably is, but our lawyers told us to include this so we can't be sued.

If you don't plan on suing us, you can skip to the next heading. If you do, read this:

We cannot be held responsible for anything that happens on VKitty. Although we try our best to keep VKitty clean and in working condition, things can slip by.

By accepting the TOS, you agree that it's ok for us to change anything on VKitty or any other part of the site without notice.

In fact, you're getting the better side of the bargain! This means that you can get new, exciting content at any time, and even find out about a new feature long before it's announced!

Unwritten rules

Just because something isn't in the Terms of Service does not mean that we don't care about it. There simply isn't enough space on the internet to list every possible action that we don't want you to do. All punishments are at the staff's discretion.
